LAML with SISC

The porting of LAML to SISC has been done by Matthias Radestock, matthias@lshift.net.

Matthias reports that it works OK, including the Emacs support.

I used an early version on Red Hat Linux, but I have not used it since Matthias finalized the Emacs support. I found SISC quite slow, due the massive loading of LAML libraries.
