LAML with DrScheme

As of LAML version 32.1 I have made it easy and well-documented how to use LAML SchemeDoc from DrScheme.

I have also introduced a drscheme-300 option in the LAML configuration file.

I have tested drscheme-300 with DrScheme 370.
