Program a function that returns the cartesian product of two sets. Each set should be represented as a list.
In this exercise, make as much use of map as possible. You may also use a reduction function, if needed.
All the involved iteration over lists should done by mapping or reducing functions.
(Do not write your own recursive function that 'just does the job').
