Demo of simple document reflection

This is a demo of simple document introspection aided by delayed procedural content items.

A delayed procedural content item is a closure which is evaluated at documentation expansion time.

We show to to steel the h1 element contents from the title contents

We also show how to extract meta keywords from designated and marked up keywords in the text. Notice that the keyword element mirror function is produced by an XML-in-LAML abstraction.
