Distributed Project Management System:

This site is created based on research at the University of Aalborg during 2005/2006. The purpose of the site is to help manage risks in geographically distributed software projects. The information and tool provided are based on a rigorous study of the literature on geographically distributed software projects and subsequent evaluations of the tool in collaboration with software practitioners.

The tool is based on risk management and allows project managers in collaboration with selected members of the project, to manage the inherent risks of geographically distributed projects by following three easy steps:

• Risk Management Planning
