This is the
home page of the specialization course in Programming Technology.
The course
starts Thursday, September 4, 2008 at 10.00 in room 0.2.13 with an introduction
to the field.
The
remaining 9 lectures start Thursday, September 20, 2008 at 9.15 in room 0.2.13.
Each
lecture is divided into three sessions. The first two sessions are devoted to
student presentations of papers and the last session is devoted to discussions
of a topic in Programming Technology.
Each
student, who attends this course, will be asked to present a given paper in a
given session. The presentation should last 25 minutes (not more, not less).
There will be appointed one reviewer to each presentation. The reviewers should
prepare some questions, and they should evaluate the (oral) presentation. The
reviewers should use 10 minutes in discussion with the presenter. Finally, we
allocate 10 minutes for general discussions. This includes time for the
teacher's feedback
